USDA Commitment Turn Times - currently working on files from 5/23/2025
Important things to remember:
Files submitted after 11 am count for the next day
Weekends do not count in the work days
If your file has MI or USDA Submissions needed, the turn time may be longer
USDA Commitment Turn Times are dictated by USDA only. FSB does not have any control over these turn times.

The following holidays will affect FSB's turn times and will not count for Recission & TRID dates as we will be closed:
January 1st-New Year's Day
January 20th-MLKJ Day
February 17th-President's Day
May 26th-Memorial Day
June 19th-Juneteenth (observed)
July 4th-Independence Day
September 1st-Labor Day
October 13th-Columbus Day
November 27th-Thanksgiving
November 28th-Day after Thanksgiving*
December 25th-Christmas Day

Closings can occur on the 2nd business day after the day it is scheduled. Please UPLOAD the signed Initial CD and your Closing Request Form to the file after the Clear to Close is received. FINAL your file to allow us to confirm the closing date back to you!
